I'm here too!!! How exciting for you guys!!! I even got on and checked it out through youR realtors website and...nice job with the back yard lady!!! You guys did some major improvements. I'll cross my fingers and pray for you guys to sell it quick and find the house of your dreams in a neighborhood with great schools for our nieces and nephews!!! Have you had anybody come and check it out yet?

We've really accomplished a lot on the house over the past few months. And, if I do say so myself, it is looking great! We've had 5 showings in the 2 weeks since it has been on the market. We seem to be making everyone's "short" list....so any day now, and we'll find the right person!
